Financial Support

A key mandate of the West Boundary Community Forest is to provide funding to eligible non-profit community groups and societies within the West Boundary region. This is accomplished through scholarships, donations and grants.

Applications are accepted bi-annually in the Fall and Spring. The Fall 2018 application session is now closed. A notice will be posted on our Facebook page and in local media when the Spring 2019 application session is open.

West Boundary Community Forest awards up to two, $1,000 scholarships to West Boundary residents who plan to study in a post-secondary trades program or academic program at a recognized Canadian post-secondary institution.
